We are working in accordance with Australian Government recommendations to protect our community, whilst continuing to support new and existing clients.
We’re here and working to help
Our priorities are:
- To ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients, and their families
- To continue to progress your claim
Changes to how we work
To protect our clients, our staff and their families, and in accordance with health guidelines, most of our staff are now working from home. Wherever possible, we will conduct meetings by telephone or via our video conferencing platform (which we can help set up for you). If you’ve got any questions at all, your lawyer is only a phone call away.
Impact on Existing Claims
If you have a claim in process, your legal team will let you know if there’s anything you need to do, and how to do it. If a scheduled medical appointment, meeting or conference is going to be affected, we will let you know in plenty of time. Remember, if you’ve got any questions, reach out – we’re here to help.
New Enquiries

At Monaco Compensation Lawyers, we have always understood the importance of communication. Now more than ever, we need to stay connected.
