      Julia shared a two-year de facto relationship with her former partner.       We obtained evidence, including photographs, notes shared between Julia and her former partner, phone records, and ATM records. Collectively, these demonstrated the de facto relationship, as well as Julia’s contributions to deceased’s estate.
