      And I’m just that labour type person. I’ve always done labour, and it was so depressing not to be able to do that anymore.

      I’ve never been able to play with my son the way I was playing with him before the accident.

      They all knew that I wasn’t the same person that I was before. So, yeah, they all picked it up pretty quickly, except for me.

      Yeah, it was very frustrating, and like we said, no one would listen and it was just hard to get information from anybody pretty much. Yeah, dark time.

      Geez. There was one stage there I think we had to sack three lawyers.

      If I didn’t go and see Monaco… They made it so simple and clear for us, it wasn’t funny. Every question was a straight and narrow question, it wasn’t jargon.

      If we had problems with the insurance company that needed to be dealt with, they were there, they would do it.

      If there was anything we didn’t understand, they were just a call away and they were there for us, no matter what, and that was so helpful. And that’s when things started looking up and we thought, “Okay, we can do this. And if we can’t, we’ll ring Monaco.”

      Yeah, if it wasn’t for Monaco, I think I would’ve gone crazy a long, long time ago, I think, hey.
