      My name is Warren Bennett, and at Monaco Solicitors I specialize in family provision claims, which is a will dispute claim through the deceased estate. When a client first calls, it's normally a first consultation, and at that first consultation they're very distressed, angry, very frustrated at their family members. When a client thinks of court proceedings or litigation, they think it's basically going to be a never-ending painful experience that ends in a judge deciding whether or not they have their share on division.
